Dan Malone

Dan Malone has a diverse work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Dan is currently the Director of US Recruiting, Retention and HR at Evennon Inc., where they oversee talent acquisition, retention, talent management, and recruiting team leadership. Prior to this, they served as a Vice President at The Citizens Group, responsible for recruiting, driver programs, and HR. Dan also held the position of Director Strategic Recruiting and Development at Niagara Logistics, where they were responsible for in-house recruiting and talent acquisition program development. Additionally, Dan worked as a Corporate Recruiter at CN, where they successfully hired and managed multiple roles in a high-volume environment. Dan also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Utilligent and as a Director of the Commercial Business Unit at Escendent LLC. Before that, they served as the Director of Professional Services at VIVA USA, where they were responsible for business development and recruiting program management for Fortune 500 organizations.

Dan Malone has a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication, with a focus on Diversity/Inclusion, Multicultural Communication, and Organizational Behavior from DePaul University. Dan also holds a Certificate in Business Analysis from Northwestern University. Moreover, Dan earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Central Florida.
