Nicola Kastner is an accomplished leader in event marketing and strategy, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Event Leaders Exchange since April 2024. As the Founder of The Event Strategist, Nicola provides advisory services to global brands, enhancing event experiences for improved business outcomes. Previously, Nicola held prominent roles at SAP, including Global Vice President of Event Marketing Strategy, where a company-wide event marketing measurement program led to a 59% increase in marketing-generated opportunities. Nicola also oversaw Global Events during a challenging transitional period, managing a substantial budget of over €65M, and previously crafted a comprehensive events strategy at SAP Ariba with a budget exceeding $10M. As President and Chief Strategist at Convergence Event Marketing, Nicola established a successful consulting practice that drove significant revenue growth.
