Carole Dempsay is an experienced operations manager and paramedic with a strong background in emergency medical services and event medicine. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Event Medical Solutions since December 2016, Carole specializes in providing medical professionals for events and festivals. Simultaneously, since September 2016, Carole has worked as a paramedic for First Call Ambulance, delivering emergency medical response to guests and employees at a large resort and convention space, while also acting as a Work Comp liaison for a workforce of 3,000 to 4,000. Previous experience includes a paramedic role at Professional Medical EMS from 2008 to 2011. Carole's educational background includes studies at Tennessee Technological University and Berea College, with a dual honors diploma from White County High School.
