Therese Alvich

Therese Alvich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and attraction management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Store Quality at Event Network, LLC since September 2024, Alvich previously held multiple roles at Merlin Entertainments from March 2014 to October 2024, including General Manager positions at LEGO Discover Center and Madame Tussauds, where a focus on safety, guest service, and EBITDA growth was central. Alvich's earlier experience includes Business Manager at Smithsonian Enterprises, managing multiple retail stores with significant revenue, and Assistant General Manager at Westfield, overseeing numerous airport retail outlets.
