Norma Hogan

Head of Customer Success at Event Temple

Norma Hogan has a diverse range of work experience. Norma is currently the Head of Customer Success at Event Temple, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Norma was a Member at Customer Success Collective starting in March 2023.

From 2013 to 2023, Norma worked at MetroQuest Software in various roles. Norma started as a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator at the David Suzuki Foundation in June 2012 before becoming the Queen of Green - Social Media Coordinator in January 2013. Norma then transitioned to A Little More Good as a Project Manager - Social Media from January to August 2013.

Norma's time at MetroQuest Software began in January 2013 as a Production and Project Manager and continued until May 2017. Norma then became a Customer Success Manager from May 2017 to September 2021. Norma then served as the Director of Customer Success and Support from September 2021 to October 2022 and subsequently as the Vice President of Operations from October 2022 to May 2023.

Norma's involvement in environmental initiatives is evident in their roles with the Surrey Board of Trade as an Environment Team - Member from December 2019 to December 2021, as well as their position as an Environmental Sustainability Advisory Committee Member at the City of Surrey from March 2015 to December 2021.

Norma Hogan completed their Master's Degree in Environment and Management at Royal Roads University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations from The University of British Columbia between 2009 and 2012. In 2007 and 2008, Norma Hogan attended the University of Lucerne, where they studied First Year Law.
