Kelly Erickson

Kelly Erickson has extensive work experience in the fields of content design, user experience writing, digital production, and digital media coordination. Kelly is currently working as a Senior Content Designer at Eventbrite since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PTC as a Senior Content Designer and User Experience Writer from January 2020 to November 2021. At PTC, Kelly was responsible for crafting, designing, and editing content, facilitating workshops and interviews to understand customer needs, and advocating for inclusive design principles.

Before joining PTC, Kelly worked at Animal Humane Society as a Digital Producer from December 2017 to December 2019. Kelly'sresponsibilities included managing email campaigns and developing engaging websites. In these roles, they maintained the team's website, generated content for online publication and game programs, and provided postgame coverage.
