Maisha Gray-Diggs

Maisha Gray-Diggs has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Maisha is currently working at Eventbrite as the Vice President of Global Talent, Inclusion, and Experience, starting in May 2023. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at the same company from September 2021 until April 2023.

Prior to their role at Eventbrite, Maisha worked at Twitter from February 2020 to September 2021 as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Before that, they served as the Head of Technical Recruiting at Twitter from March 2019 to February 2020.

From October 2017 to March 2019, Maisha worked at Microsoft as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. Before joining Microsoft, they held the position of Group Manager in Litter/Charcoal R&D at The Clorox Company from September 2015 to October 2017.

Maisha's earliest work experience can be traced back to Procter & Gamble, where they occupied various roles. From September 2013 to June 2015, they served as the Innovation Manager in Baby Care R&D, leading a section dedicated to delivering game-changing innovation to baby care products. Prior to that, they were the Manager of R&D Strategic Recruitment from December 2012 to August 2013 and the Doctoral Recruiting Manager from July 2010 to December 2012. Maisha also held the position of Senior Scientist from May 2007 to July 2010, where they managed the development and execution of analytical test methods for claim support and technology development. Their first assignment at Procter & Gamble was as a Scientist from June 2004 to May 2007, where they developed functional hydrophobic nonwoven surface coatings for diapers and training pants.

Maisha Gray-Diggs began their education at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their high school studies with a focus on General Studies. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999.

Following their undergraduate studies, Maisha went on to Northwestern University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science and Engineering. Their passion for this field is evident in their academic pursuits.

In addition to their formal education, Maisha Gray-Diggs has also sought out additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Maisha completed the Black Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company in August 2021, aiming to strengthen their leadership abilities. Furthermore, in February 2022, Maisha obtained an Advanced Talent Sourcing Training certification from The Talent Hunter, showcasing their commitment to staying up-to-date with industry practices and trends.
