Mona Bocharova

Mona Bocharova began their work experience in 2014 as a Freelance Business Proposal Writer and Finance Researcher at Upwork. In 2016, they worked as an Account Manager at NOOSPHERE. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Web Developer, and in 2019, they joined Lattice as a Software Engineer. At Lattice, they successfully led and completed multiple team and cross-team projects, working with technologies such as GraphQL, React, Relay, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and AWS Lambda. Mona took ownership of the calendar integrations feature, making significant improvements, addressing bugs, and building new features. Mona also helped improve QA practices. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Eventbrite since 2022.

Mona Bocharova completed an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive program at Hack Reactor in 2018, focusing on computer science. Moreover, they obtained a Triplebyte Certification from Triplebyte in August 2022.
