Russell Nanney has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with an internship in marketing and event planning at the Tennessee Hospitality & Tourism Association. From there, they worked as a sales associate at Nashville Gun & Knife, focusing on providing quality products and services. In 2016, they joined TechnologyAdvice as an inside sales representative, where they educated and connected buyers and sellers of business technology. Russell later became a senior inside sales representative and inbound account manager at the same company. In 2018, Russell joined Eventbrite as a technical customer success manager, supporting event creators and helping to bring people together through live experiences. Russell then moved on to become a strategic customer success manager, proactively assisting event creators and serving as a product specialist. In 2022, Russell became a Sr. Product Operations Manager at Eventbrite, leading the Voice of the Customer program and improving collaboration to deliver high-quality products.

Russell Nanney completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Belmont University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
