Sean Moriarty

Sean Moriarty has served on the Board since January 2010. Since August 2014, Mr. Moriarty has served as the chief executive officer of Leaf Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Graham Holdings, a publicly traded company. Prior to its acquisition by Graham Holdings in June 2021, Mr. Moriarty served on the board of directors of Leaf Group, a publicly traded company from August 2014 to June 2021. Mr. Moriarty previously served as the chief executive officer of Saatchi Online, which operated Saatchi Art, an online art gallery, from August 2013 to August 2014, prior to its acquisition by Leaf Group. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Moriarty was an entrepreneur in residence at Mayfield Fund, a venture capital firm. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Moriarty was president and chief executive officer of Ticketmaster, a live entertainment ticketing and marketing company, and he held various other positions at Ticketmaster from 2000 to 2006, including executive vice president, technology and chief operating officer. Mr. Moriarty served on the Ticketmaster board of directors from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Moriarty attended graduate school at Boston University and the University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Carolina.
