Talia Fujita has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Talia started their career at Passport to Adaptive Living as an Instructor II, where they implemented and measured program plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disorders. Talia also trained new instructors in program execution.

Talia then worked at The Blues Jean Bar as a Floor Manager/Website Assistant, where they independently developed effective sales techniques and training, exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals.

Talia then moved on to ClearSlide, where they held several roles. As a Customer Success Specialist, they mentored and coached customers, driving product adoption and maintaining high renewal rates. Talia later became a Senior Customer Success Specialist, leading and executing additional projects such as a mentorship program for new hires. As a Success Manager, Talia acted as a project manager for enterprise accounts and facilitated training for strategic clients. Talia also worked collaboratively with departments to drive retention and renewal process revisions.

At LinkedIn, Talia served as a Customer Success Manager for Non-profits, empowering them with resources and solutions to drive social impact. Talia also led the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging group, focusing on allyship. Talia then became the Women@LinkedIn Global Showcase Lead, responsible for leading the global showcase program. Talia also co-led the Women@LinkedIn NAMER showcase.

Currently, Talia is a Program Manager for Social Impact and Public Policy at Eventbrite.

Talia Fujita completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at UC Santa Barbara from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter certification from LinkedIn Certification in September 2016.
