VP of Strategic Initiatives at Eventcore

Ann Plana is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Eventcore. Ann is responsible for the development and implementation of transformational projects to improve Eventcore's efficiencies and strategic position, as well as improve client and partner engagement.

Ann Plana previously worked as the Special Projects Coordinator for Safety and Security at Seattle Pacific University. In this role, they were responsible for research and analysis of office policies, procedures, and budgets; developing new organizational methods and file systems; advising staff of changes and implementing training; and collaborating with the Computer Information Systems (CIS) department to employ Microsoft SharePoint within OSS, streamlining various processes such as key management, lost and found tracking, and access requests. Additionally, Ann Plana served as the Event Coordinator for the Emergency Crisis and Management Team (ECMT) and Core Support Operations Team (CSOT) virtual tabletop exercise and briefing regarding campus preparedness and response to an armed intruder. In this role, they coordinated participant attendance, room set-up, catering, and material preparation.

Ann Plana has a BA in Communication and a Leadership Studies Minor from Seattle Pacific University. Ann also has a Masters of Arts in Counseling and Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. In addition, they are certified from HubSpot in Inbound Marketing, P3 Adaptive in Modern Excel Analyst in a Day, and Scrum Alliance in Scrum Master Certified (SMC).

Their manager is Rachel Seashore, CFO & COO. Ann Plana works with David Beckett - SVP of Professional Services, Mark Petry - Director of Security and Compliance, and Chris Emerson - VP of Sales.
