Samar Shawareb

Samar Shawareb is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the events industry. As the Founder and CEO of Arabia Weddings since July 2011, Shawareb has established a prominent presence in the sector. Additionally, Shawareb serves as an Advisory Board Member for Table Design Exhibition and holds the position of Jury Member for WOW Awards Asia at Eventfaqs.com. As a co-founder and co-director of Events Unlimited, Shawareb has been involved with the company since June 2005. Previous roles include Board Member for the Young Entrepreneurs Association and a member of the Jordan Inbound Tour Operators Association. Notably, Shawareb worked for the British Embassy in Amman as Deputy Commercial Attaché from 1989 to 2005. Shawareb holds a BBA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, an MBA from the University of Jordan, and a certification in Event Management from The George Washington University.
