Dave Taylor-Matthews has a diverse work experience in the film and festival industry. Dave is currently working as a Sales Director at Eventive, where they are responsible for offering comprehensive solutions for online, in-person, and hybrid film festivals.

Prior to this, Dave worked as a Programmer at Cube Cinema from 2011. Dave then joined Encounters Film Festival in 2017, where they held the positions of Head of Audience and Producer.
