Lechester Williams

LeChester Williams, MBA, boasts extensive experience in operational support, brand marketing, and event management. Currently serving as Manager of the Operational Support Team at Charles Schwab since June 2020, LeChester previously held roles within the organization as a Senior Specialist and Operations Specialist. As an Emcee and Product Specialist at EventLink LLC since April 2019, LeChester engages audiences to enhance consumer interaction with automotive displays. With a strong background in brand marketing through Chester Williams Promos, as well as in managing events and promotional teams at DriveShopUSA, LeChester has facilitated over 197,000 unique test drive experiences for clients. Additional roles include serving in student affairs with the National Black MBA Association and working in financial services at Fidelity Investments. LeChester holds an MBA in International Business from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Economics from Grambling State University.
