Tawana Parker

Tawana Parker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in performance services and project management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Events DC since October 2013, Tawana has also held roles including System Analyst, Human Capital Generalist, and Human Resources Project Manager within the organization. Prior experience includes work as a Human Resources Project Coordinator and Admin Assistant at Dimensions Healthcare System from August 2010 to October 2013, as well as an internship with the University of Maryland Office of Multi-Cultural Ethnic Education in 2009-2010. Tawana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus and graduated from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in 2010.
