Jose Contreras

Jose Contreras has a wealth of experience in vendor management and operations, with a focus on BPO contact center operations and training initiatives. Jose has worked at Eventus Solutions Group as a Vendor Manager for LATAM since February 2020. Prior to that, Jose was at TELUS International Central America for over a decade, where Jose held various management positions overseeing customer service, technical support, sales, telecommunications operations, and quality assurance. Jose completed their education at ESI School of Management between 2009 and 2011.
