Tony Webb, MBA, is a strategic consulting manager specializing in process design and project management at Eventus Solutions Group since 2021. Previously, Tony held the position of Director of Customer Support Process Improvement & Insights at Hunter Douglas, Inc., where significant enhancements were made to customer support processes and operations were rapidly transitioned to a remote work model in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes roles at Slalom Consulting as a project manager, at Ernst & Young as a management consultant involved in supplier quality audits for leading automotive clients, and at Ford Motor Company, where Tony managed teams in technical service operations and played a key role in vehicle launch engineering.
