Jessica Kirkland has worked in various roles in the customer service and sales industries since 2018. Jessica began their career as an ESL Teacher at Teach Away in 2018, and then held the role of Sales Representative at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts the same year. In 2020, they joined LMN (Landscape Management Network) as an Enterprise Account Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they moved to Gatekeeper as a Customer Success Manager, and is currently employed in this role at EvenUp since 2023.

Jessica Kirkland has a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Trent University, where they majored in Honours Sociology with a Specialization in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies. Jessica has also obtained additional certifications, including a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from TEFL English Teachers in October 2018, and a WHMIS Training certification from Workers Health & Safety Centre in July 2019.
