Since 2014, Kelly has also been an HR Consultant, Trainer, and Coach at Bridgeline INSIGHTS, LLC, providing coaching and training services to diverse clients. Previous roles include Corporate Director of Human Resources at SilverCrest Properties, LLC, and Vice President of Human Resources at New Harvest Foods, where responsibilities encompassed leading HR policies and operations.
