Ashley Glennon

Ashley Glennon has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Ashley is currently working at Silicon Labs as a Senior Staff Digital Verification Engineer since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Everactive, starting in January 2023, where they held multiple roles including Senior Principal Engineer and Director of System Engineering. During their time at Everactive, they played a key role in designing and developing the UVM DV infrastructure and methodology for silicon verification efforts. Ashley also introduced and implemented test bench development automation and wReal modeling of analog blocks. Ashley's earlier experience includes working at Maxim Integrated Products from 1998 to 2015. At Maxim Integrated Products, they held positions as Principal Member of Technical Staff in both EDA Engineering and Design Engineering. Their responsibilities included system Verilog, UVM, and AMS mixed mode test bench development and simulation, as well as characterization work and production support for previous designs.

Ashley Glennon attended Purdue University from 1992 to 1997, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (BS EET). The field of study is not specified.
