Pazit Lazar

Pazit Lazar has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the technology industry. Pazit started their career as a QA Engineer and Activity Leader at Mercury Interactive from 2000 to 2004. Pazit then worked as a Release Manager in the Globalization Department at Mercury Interactive from 2005 to 2006. At HP Software, Pazit served as the QA Offshore Manager from 2006 to 2009, where they focused on defining and implementing work models and processes between offshore teams and Israel. Pazit later became a Program Manager at HP Software from 2010 to 2017, managing the SPM and CMS programs. Within these roles, Pazit was responsible for program releases, planning, tracking, risk analysis, and communication with internal and external interfaces. From 2017 to 2022, Pazit worked as an R&D Team Manager and Section Manager at HP Indigo, where they led and managed teams. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff at EverAfter as of 2022.

Pazit Lazar pursued their education starting from 1994 to 1997 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & East Asian Studies. Pazit then attended Tianjin Foreign Studies University from 1998 to 1999, focusing their studies on the Chinese language.
