Elizabeth Genel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Head of People and Community at Ever/Body, where they focus on building and driving an innovative and engaging People and Culture practice. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as the President of Mottcort Consulting, where they developed strategies to optimize sales and enhance customer engagement for various clients. Elizabeth also served as the Interim Chief People Officer at Lashify, where they played a crucial role in building a values-based culture and recruiting talented individuals. In addition, Elizabeth held senior leadership positions at ELEMIS, Fresh, Bare Escentuals, and Bluemercury, where they demonstrated their expertise in digital education, customer experience, and marketing. Elizabeth's work experience also includes founding and serving as the CEO of JD's Cosmetic Essentials, where they pioneered a new channel of distribution for luxury beauty products and established strategic partnerships with renowned beauty brands.

Elizabeth Genel attended New York University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Comparative Religion. Elizabeth later went on to study at the University of San Diego School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
