Ed Hoban

Ed Hoban has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ed started their career in 1988 at Tri Pacific Commercial Brokerage, Inc as a LICENSED SALES ASSOCIATE, specializing in retail tenant representation. Ed then joined Blockbuster Video as a Real Estate Manager Western US from 1992 to 1998. After that, they worked at Pick Up Stix as a Dir of Development from 1998 to 2003. Ed continued their career at Daphne's Greek Cafe as a VP of Development from 2003 to 2009. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at Commercial West Brokerage, Inc as a Restaurant Consultant/Broker. In 2016, they joined Peet's Coffee as a Sr. Real Estate Manager - Western USA until 2019. Ed then worked at Carbon Health as the Director of Non-Traditional Real Estate from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Development at everbowl, starting from 2023.

Ed Hoban received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Irvine from 1983 to 1988.
