Marina Schwenk

Marina Schwenk has a range of work experience in the field of programming and academic support. Marina began their career at Gateway Technical College, where they worked as a Lab Monitor (Open Lab) from August 2013 to April 2014. Marina then transitioned to the role of Library Lab Monitor from January 2013 to January 2015. Additionally, Marina served as a Casual Tutor from September 2014 to January 2015.

In 2015, Marina joined Everbrite, LLC, where they have held various roles. Marina started as a Programmer Analyst in January 2015 and worked in that position until June 2022. Subsequently, they were promoted to the position of Senior Programmer Analyst, starting in June 2022, and they currently hold that role.

Marina Schwenk's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Gateway Technical College. Marina earned an Associate's Degree in IT Programmer Analyst, as well as two certificates: one in Programmer Analyst/AS/400 and another in Iseries operations. Marina continued their education at Bellevue University from 2015 to 2017 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Development.

In addition to their formal education, Marina has obtained several certifications. Marina became a CAAC Member and an IBM Champion in 2023. In 2020, they achieved the designation of Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner. Marina has also been recognized by IBM as an IBM i Community Advocate, Contributor, and Influencer. Furthermore, in 2019, they were recognized as an IBM Fresh Face.
