Christie Jacques, LMHC, LPC has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Christie began their career in 2007 at Human Development Services of Westchester as a Supportive Case Manager and later became an Intensive Case Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Intensive Case Manager Supervisor at Human Development Services of Westchester. In 2012, Christie joined Beacon Health Strategies as an Intensive Case Manager, LMHC. Christie then became the Manager of Clinical Operations at Beacon Health Options from 2014 to 2017, overseeing utilization management and case management functions. From 2017 to 2021, Christie worked at Hamaspik Choice, Inc. as a Care Manager and later as the Director of Care Management, optimizing performance and supporting the organization's care management activities. Currently, they are the Director of Managed Care at EverCare, where they lead the implementation of the organization's MLTC strategy and ensures adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. Throughout their career, Christie has demonstrated expertise in member experience, care management, and compliance efforts.
Christie Jacques, LMHC, LPC, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mental Health Counseling, which they obtained from Pace University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they achieved a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Development and Public Justice from the State University of New York at Oswego, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
In addition to their academic achievements, Christie Jacques has obtained several certifications. In September 2013, they became a Certified Mandated Reporter. Christie also earned the title of National Certified Counselor in December 2010 from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).
