Employee Engagement & Communications Team Lead at EverCommerce

Brinda Lee began their work experience in 2006 as a Dance Instructor at Barbara's Dancing Tonight, where they taught dance classes to beginners and intermediates. Brinda also assisted in leading a teen dance group. In 2008, they worked at Borders as a Book Club Expert, managing book drives and spearheading a new book club campaign.

From 2009 to 2010, Brinda worked at AEI/De Young Museum as a Gallery Assistant and Audio Tour Salesperson, where they handled guest inquiries, introduced the museum's introduction movie, and guided visitors throughout the exhibitions. Brinda then joined J.Crew as a Sales Associate, providing customer service, managing fitting rooms, and assisting with store merchandising.

In 2010, Brinda joined Customer Lobby as a Member Services representative, transcribing customer reviews, handling social media marketing, and contributing to the development of user interfaces and software queries. Brinda later worked as an HR/Office Manager at the same company, managing HR functions, payroll processing, accounting, and government paperwork until 2017.

In 2012, Brinda interned at Gr.Dano as a Design and Fashion Production Intern, assisting with the development of new looks for collections, conducting research, and meeting deadlines. Brinda then returned to Customer Lobby in 2014, where they held the position of HR/Office Manager, taking on various HR responsibilities such as new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and audits.

Brinda's most recent work experience was at EverCommerce, where they held several positions. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Manager of People Operations, overseeing HR duties for multiple platform companies and employees. Brinda then became the Lead People Operations Analyst in 2020, focusing on special projects, acquisitions, and Learning and Development initiatives. In 2021, they were promoted to Lead Global Business Partner, where they served as a key contact for global business operations. Currently, Brinda holds the role of Employee Engagement & Communications Team Lead at EverCommerce.

Brinda Lee earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Women's Fashion Design from the Academy of Art University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History at the University of California, Davis from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Brinda has obtained various certifications related to editing, diversity, inclusion, belonging, confronting bias, and inclusive conversations from institutions such as UC Berkeley Extension and LinkedIn in the year 2020.
