Carrie Ugarte

Carrie Ugarte, MSODL, has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Lifecycle Marketing at EverCommerce, where they lead a team focused on streamlining onboarding, encouraging retention, and consolidating brand and marketing systems. Prior to this role, they worked at Wiley University Services as the Associate Director of Marketing Automation and the Senior Marketing Automation Manager. At Wiley, Carrie managed cross-channel campaign development and execution, leveraging CRM and behavioral data to drive customer segmentation and messaging understanding. Carrie also led email, SMS, and social media campaigns. Before that, Carrie was employed at Bonnier Corporation as an Email Marketing Manager, overseeing email marketing efforts for multiple magazine titles, analyzing key performance indicators, and advising on deliverability and unsubscribe issues. Prior to their time at Bonnier, they worked as an Email Marketing Coordinator at the same company, where they tracked and analyzed campaigns, created production calendars, and maintained communication with digital staff and external clients. Carrie's earlier experience includes a role as a Product Support Specialist at Independent Bankers' Bank of Florida and as an Executive Assistant/Accounts Payable at CrossLife Church.

Carrie Ugarte, MSODL, holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, which was obtained from 2019 to 2021. Carrie also possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Communication from the University of Central Florida, and a High School Diploma from Lakenheath American High School in RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom. Furthermore, Carrie has obtained additional certifications including The Neuroscience of Learning from LinkedIn and Strategic Leadership and Decision Making from Harvard Extension School. Carrie is also a Visual IQ Certified User, IQ Envoy, and IQ Sage, granted by Visual IQ, Inc. in September 2018.
