Janelle Elmer, CSM, CSP

Janelle Elmer has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Project Management at EverDriven. Prior to that, they worked at E*TRADE as the Manager of IT Project Management from 2019 to 2021. Janelle also had experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at TCA by E*TRADE from 2018 to 2019 and at E*TRADE Advisor Services from 2015 to 2019. Before joining E*TRADE, they worked at Comcast Cable as a Data Analyst from 2014 to 2015, a Scrum Master from 2012 to 2015, and as a Business Analyst in Customer Experience Solutions from 2011 to 2012.

Janelle Elmer, CSM, CSP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Operations and Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Janelle has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Janelle became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in December 2013 and then obtained the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2018. Janelle has also completed several online courses through LinkedIn on topics such as Balancing Work and Life, Influencing Others, Stepping Up to Leadership, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Building Trust, and Leadership Foundations, all of which they obtained in 2017 and 2018.
