Kevin Claybon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in data analytics, operational leadership, and strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Everest Effect, Kevin is dedicated to transforming social safety net systems. Previous roles include Company Owner of Serve The Network, LLC, and Senior Vice President of Data Insights & Research at United Way, where Kevin spearheaded efforts to modernize operational programs and manage substantial budgets for data platforms. Notable achievements include leading the 211 National Data Platform and overseeing digital transformation initiatives. Kevin’s career also includes significant positions at Syntelli Solutions, Clarity Insights, Nationwide Insurance, and USAA, along with a foundation in financial management as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University and dual Bachelor's degrees from The Ohio State University.
