Bhanushee Malhotra

Bhanushee Malhotra is a Practice Director in Everest Group’s Sourcing and Vendor Management practice. In this role, she advises clients on maximizing value through their supply base engagements to obtain cost, business, and operational benefits. She often assists clients on activities such as optimizing business process service engagement models, developing supplier management and category management expertise, rightsizing portfolio strategies, and providing peer intelligence across industries and geographies, with an emphasis on procurement and supply chain management. She has authored numerous publications and frequently speaks on topics such as category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier management. Prior to joining Everest Group, Bhanushee worked as a consultant at GEP worldwide, where she was responsible for driving end-to-end execution of procurement and supply chain management engagements for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Bhanushee has experience working in market research across the public and private sectors. She holds a master’s in business administration from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, India, and a bachelor’s in engineering from Indraprastha University (IP) University, New Delhi, India.
