Sarita Pendlimarri is a seasoned professional in the field of Total Rewards with extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Total Rewards Head at Everest Group since December 2022, Sarita has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Total Rewards at Goldman Sachs and Manager Total Rewards at Ericsson. Prior experience includes overseeing compensation and benefits execution at Tech Mahindra Business Services and serving as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., where management of global mobility compensation was a key focus. Sarita’s career began at Sonata Software as an HR Executive, where roles encompassed compensation planning, performance management, and campus recruitment. Sarita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.
