Jacqueline Michelleto

Jacqueline Michelleto serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards at SPS, where responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of programs that attract and retain talent. In addition, Jacqueline holds the title of Global Head of HR Social Sustainability, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) initiatives through the CoreVoices committee. As the founder of CORAeduca.org.br, Jacqueline drives efforts to enhance educational inclusion for girls in Brazil. Jacqueline's previous experience includes various roles at Kuehne + Nagel, where responsibilities ranged from Global Compensation & Benefits to Business Controller, and a Global Mobility Consultant role at LARM Group. Educational qualifications include an executive certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of Cambridge, alongside degrees from Yale University and several other esteemed institutions.
