Ana Patricia Berdugo

Ana Patricia Berdugo, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of HR Shared Services Workday at Everest Reinsurance Company, a role held since July 2020, after transitioning from the position of AVP Workday Global HR Shared Services. Prior to her tenure at Everest, Ana held several significant roles, including Director of HR Systems and HR Analytics at CSL Behring and Sr. IT Director for Global Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Attendance at Johnson & Johnson. Ana's earlier career includes leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline, where responsibilities encompassed directing Global HR Systems & Payroll and leading various IT transformation programs. Ana began her professional journey at SmithKline Beecham, managing IT Program Management for Latin America. Ana earned an MBA with a specialization in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
