Marianne Clements

Marianne Clements, CPA, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various high-level roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Shared Services at Everest since April 2023, Marianne previously held key positions including Capital Markets Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2021 to 2023, Chief Administrative Officer at Fortitude Re from 2018 to 2020, and VP Finance at AIG from 2007 to 2018. Additional relevant experience includes serving as Finance Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1994 to 2007 and Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick from 1991 to 1994. Marianne earned an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from Rutgers University.
