Marisa Ratajczak is a seasoned professional in business analytics and performance management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Insurance Business Analytics at Everest since April 2022. This role involves driving enterprise-wide performance management, data science initiatives, and leading a CRM transformation initiative. Prior to Everest, Marisa held the position of AVP of Business Performance Management, where strategic analytics initiatives were directed to enhance decision-making across various insurance lines.
