Silvia D'Onofrio

Silvia D'Onofrio is the Global Workplace Lead at Everest since September 2023. Prior to this role, Silvia served as the Operations Director Americas for AXA XL from October 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing facility operations for the New York office and overseeing the Americas site portfolios, focusing on infrastructure, planning, design, construction, and maintenance. Silvia also held the position of Operations Director for New York & U.S. at XL Catlin from November 2008 to October 2020, managing daily operations for the New York office and providing support to other U.S. offices. Earlier in Silvia's career, from May 2003 to November 2008, Silvia was the Office Manager at XL Insurance America, Inc., overseeing day-to-day operations of the New York office with an emphasis on vendor management and team collaboration. Silvia is an alumnus of KCC.
