Zhengkai Wu has over two decades of experience in data architecture and business intelligence, currently serving as Principal Solution Architect - Data & BI at Everest Insurance® since October 2011, with prior roles including AVP, Data Warehouse & BI and Director, Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Development. Previous experience includes positions at Teleperformance as Senior MIS Programmer and Affiliated Computer Services as Senior Developer, where significant contributions involved designing SQL Server systems and optimizing workflows for medical claims processing. Early career experience includes development work at Daifuku America focused on automated control systems and an internship at American Express. Zhengkai Wu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
