Jeff Pinard is an experienced mortgage industry professional currently serving as Regional Manager at Supreme Lending since April 2024. Previously, Jeff held the position of President at Paragon Home Loans for over twelve years, also fulfilling the role of Vice President of Retail Lending, where responsibilities included managing 25 Loan Officers and a total staff of 50 across Upstate New York. Jeff has held various managerial roles at MetLife Home Loans, including Branch Manager II, where leadership of a sales force resulted in top regional rankings. Earlier career achievements include leadership at Countrywide Home Loans, where Jeff expanded a branch significantly and managed operations across the broader Upstate NY and Eastern Pennsylvania regions. Jeff started in the mortgage sector as Mortgage Operations Manager at Savings Bank, overseeing all consumer lending operations. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Utica University and two Master's degrees in Economics and Business Administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
