Colleen M. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Colleen recently worked at EVERFI, starting in March 2018 as the Director of Customer Success Operations. In January 2020, they were promoted to Director of Customer Experience and then further promoted to Senior Director in April 2020. Prior to EVERFI, Colleen worked at The Advisory Board Company from June 2010 to March 2018. During their time there, they held various roles including Senior Manager of Operations, Associate Director of Strategy & Operations, and Senior Associate of Member Services.
