Dale Strange

Dale Strange is President and Chief Operating Officer of Blackbaud’s Corporate Impact business unit. In this role, he leads the combined EVERFI and YourCause businesses in serving as the partner of choice for corporations committed to social impact. He is responsible for the overall growth and scale of the Corporate Impact business unit and its operational efficiency. He leads with an intentional focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes and believes in the power of building inclusive teams.

Dale has held numerous senior leadership roles at Blackbaud, most recently serving as President and General Manager of the Nonprofit, Arts and Cultural Solutions business unit. In 2019, he oversaw the acquisition and integration of YourCause, the nation’s leading corporate and employee charitable giving platform. He also served at as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Blackbaud’s International Business responsible for $450M in revenue. Dale joined Blackbaud in 2014 and has served as an integral part of the Company’s executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Blackbaud, Dale served in senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies, Unisys Corporation, and General Electric.

Dale has also served as an advisor for the American Alliance of Museums and is a member of the National Diversity Council. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia State University and his MBA from Kennesaw State University. Dale resides in Austin, Texas.
