Jeremy Smith began their work experience in 2013 as a Team Member at Jersey Mike's Subs. Jeremy later became a Shift Leader in 2016 and worked there until 2019. In 2018, they were a Social/Digital Media Intern at GreenSmith PR in Washington, DC. Jeremy then worked as a Social Media/Web Design Intern at Elizabeth River Project in 2019. Later in 2019, they were an Account Coordinator at GreenSmith PR. Jeremy joined Glue Up in 2019 as a Sales Development Representative and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Sales Development Representative at EVERFI, where they utilize various tools to research and reach out to prospects, resulting in successful sales for the company.

Jeremy Smith attended Old Dominion University from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Chantilly High School from 2010 to 2014, obtaining an Advanced Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Jeremy has obtained various certifications, including "Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365)" from LinkedIn in July 2023, "Cold Calling: The First Seven Seconds" from LinkedIn in May 2023, "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "Asking Great Sales Questions" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
