Kristen Diggs

Kristen Diggs has a diverse range of work experience in the field of learning experience design. Kristen is currently working at EVERFI as the Director of Learner Experience since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Specialist of Learner Experience from March 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining EVERFI, Kristen worked as an independent contractor from April 2019 to March 2021, where they served as a Learning Experience Design Leader + Consultant.

Kristen also has experience working at Six Red Marbles, where they held multiple roles. Kristen served as a Learning Experience Design Manager from April 2018 to April 2019, a Senior Learning Experience Designer from April 2017 to April 2018, and a Learning Experience Designer from November 2014 to April 2017. In these roles, Kristen focused on understanding audience needs, improving the learning experience, and incorporating pedagogical theories and principles.

Earlier in their career, Kristen worked at Mariner Finance as an Instructional Design Manager, where they managed the development of training modules. Kristen also worked at UMBC Training Centers as a Program Coordinator and Operations Receptionist.

Kristen's career began at the Community College of Baltimore County, where they worked as program support for the Commercial Vehicle Training program, providing administrative assistance and promoting customer service.

Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated expertise in learner experience design, needs analysis, and project management. Kristen has a strong focus on integrating design principles and promoting quality standards in their work.

Kristen Diggs received their AA degree in General Studies from an unspecified institution between 2003 and 2007. Later, they attended the University of Baltimore from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a BA in English with a focus on Discourse & Technology.
