Prior to Everfit, Juan held various leadership roles at Cintas Corporation, contributing to market growth in the Caribbean and Latin America, as well as managing comprehensive business solutions for the hospitality and gaming sectors. Juan co-owned and managed Punto Sports Wear, a sports clothing manufacturing company, early in the career.
