Skyler Borchers serves as an Operations Analyst 2 at RTI Surgical® since January 2023, focusing on creating monthly production plans, setting departmental goals, analyzing workflows, and supporting R&D projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Window Tinter at Premier Glass Tinting from June 2015 to December 2022, and a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Procter & Gamble during the summer of 2022, where projects were completed to enhance efficiency and achieve significant cost savings. Skyler Borchers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, obtained in December 2022.
