Matt Vranich has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles within various companies. Matt is currently the SVP Sales and Marketing at Everglades Boats. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Admiral Strategy Partners LLC, where they assisted small and medium-sized companies in global market entry and growth strategies. Matt also held leadership positions at Navico, where they served as the Executive Vice President & GM - OEM Division and Director of Sales, Americas. Matt led teams and managed financial performance, sales strategy, product development, and operations. Before Navico, they were the Director of Latin America at 5.11 Tactical, overseeing sales, marketing, and strategic planning in South America. Matt's earlier experience includes Vice President roles at Brunswick Corporation, where they led sales for the Freshwater Boat Group and managed marketing and sales worldwide for the Crestliner Boats Division. Matt also worked as the International Business Development Manager, based in Brussels. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Marconi Services Brazil.

Matt Vranich holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Matt also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from Bowling Green State University. Additionally, they obtained the certification in Sales: Data-Driven Sales Management from LinkedIn in December 2020.
