Rebecca has worked in various roles such as Facilities Project Manager for the City of Eugene and Projects and Construction Manager at Evergreen Engineering Inc. Prior to this, Rebecca also held positions as Co-Gen Operations Manager at Douglas County Forest Products and Nuclear Propulsion Plant Mechanical Operator in the US Navy. Rebecca Knecht is a skilled professional with a strong background in managing projects, budget development, contractor management, safety compliance, and quality control recommendations.

In 1985, Evergreen Engineering Inc. was founded to bring innovative industrial engineering, design, consulting and construction solutions to the wood products industry. The company originated and is headquartered in Eugene, Oregon and in 2016 opened a southeastern office in Atlanta, Georgia.
