Felicia Boettger

Felicia Boettger serves as the Strategy and Research Manager at Seattle Goodwill Industries since 2009, bringing extensive experience in program coordination and IT as previously held at Whatcom Alliance for Health Advancement from 2005 to 2009. Felicia holds a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University, with additional educational credentials from University College of Belize.
