Funda Pehlivanoglu Noyes

Funda Pehlivanoglu Noyes has extensive experience in education and language programs, currently serving as an Education Administrator at Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington since August 2022. Prior roles include EL Consultant for Olympic Hills Elementary within Seattle Public Schools from September 2020 to December 2023 and ELL Levy Specialist for the City of Seattle from August 2017 to June 2020. Funda also worked as a Teacher Educator at the School of Teaching ESL from 2007 to 2017 and as an ELL Instructor at the University of Washington Educational Outreach International & English Language Programs in 2007. Previous experience includes a position as an Instructor at the Department of Modern Languages at Middle East Technical University from 2001 to 2007. Funda holds a Master's degree in English Literature and a BA in English Language Teaching, both from Middle East Technical University.
