Amy Conklin

Amy Conklin has a diverse work experience in healthcare IT. Amy is currently working as a Principal Consultant at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, where they participate in application build for HIM and Identity, oversees a team of system analysts, and develops entry-level/junior analysts. Amy has experience in various integrated areas such as Scanning, Faxing, Data Conversion, and Testing.

Before joining Evergreen Healthcare Partners, Amy worked at Trinity Health as an Epic Application Coordinator, where they managed the installation of new software releases, provided ongoing support, and collaborated with vendors to define software improvements. Amy also served as a Senior Epic Application Coordinator HIM, where they were an experienced resource for application software and project management, specializing in Deficiency Tracking, Release of Information, Transcription, Hyland OnBase Document Management, and Chart Correction.

Prior to Trinity Health, they worked at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare as an Analyst.

Amy Conklin attended Kaplan University from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. In addition to their academic education, Amy also obtained several certifications from Epic, including Epic Data Courier Administrator, Epic Identity, Core Analyst Badge, Epic HIM Hospital Coding, Epic HIM Deficiency Tracking, and Epic HIM Release of Information. The certifications were obtained at various times between 2014 and 2018.
